Laurent held responsibilities in operational roles (supply chain & customer service) and in the field of organisation and strategy consulting within international groups leaders on their domain.
His participation to Managing Committees allowed him to develop a good understanding of the organisations putting the people at the heart of the decision process.
He had to lead projects of transformation having major impacts on strategic clients with his permanent main thread being service and continuous bettering.
His experience in transverse roles reinforced his competencies in the field of multicultural management teams, the lead of projects, the accompaniment of the change and of the communication.
Laurent has a degree from the European Business School and studied in Paris, London and Frankfurt. He completed his initial career path in becoming a certified HEC coach and benefited in this framework of the expertise of renowned facilitators. He was also trained at MBTI.
He regularly facilitates at associations in the Grandes Écoles on themes around “personal branding”: pitch, network, CV writing in English and American manners…
