Laurent Zylberstein's journey

“Commitment, kindness, availability without ever losing sight of the objectives,” these are the words which Laurent Zylberstein uses to describe his involvement when supporting executives through a transitional phase (Executive Outplacement) or development (Executive Coaching). He is convinced that everyone has the keys to success and can achieve their professional goals.

He works with international groups but also with mid-cap companies (ETI) in France and abroad.

His preferred sectors? Industrial, services, retail, and luxury. He supports all positions: General Management, BU Management, Operational Management…

His English fluency allows him to support executives in this language, making the most of his extensive experience in multicultural environments.

Aware that network dynamics is a key element in professional repositioning, he helps employees build a unique “employer brand” to make a difference in an increasingly competitive market.

Passionate about sports, he believes that sporting values can be valued in companies and are sources of inspiration for managers: tolerance, respect, self-confidence, surpassing oneself, and agility, not forgetting team spirit. Based on these values, Laurent successfully co-founded Cap Dirigeant.

His professional experience

Laurent has held responsibilities in operational roles (Supply chain & Customer Service), organization, and strategy consulting within international groups that are leaders in their segment.

His involvement in Management Committees has enabled him to develop a good understanding of organizations by always placing people at the heart of the decision-making process. He has led transformation projects with significant impacts on strategic customers, with service and continuous improvement as a permanent guiding principle.

His cross-functional functions have strengthened his skills in multicultural team management, project management, change management, and communication.

His training

Laurent is a graduate of the European Business School and has studied in Paris, London and Frankfurt. He completed his initial training by becoming an HEC certified coach and has benefited from renowned speakers’ expertise. He is also trained at the MBTI.

He regularly works with Associations from Grandes Ecoles (Higher vocational schools) on topics about “personal branding”: pitch, network, writing English and American CVs…

He often testifies on taking up a new position, a key step to the success of every professional’s career.
