About Hélène Raison

Achieving renewed and enduring success can only take place by building inner strength and having the courage to explore new horizons, with each moment of change an opportunity for reinvention with impact and authenticity. It is with this conviction that Hélène supports leaders and executives in their professional and managerial development, in executive outplacement and coaching.

Experience

Hélène has an extensive background, including notably within the banking sector at three leading institutions, supporting entrepreneurs, managers, and CFOs, at companies of varying sizes and sectors, in developing their strategies for financial management. Over the course of this experience, she came to the realisation that her own inner-drive was derived from the highly personalised way that she was able to support clients at decisive moments of their career, beyond the facts and figures of the balance-sheet alone. This emerging interest for human relations at the workplace led her towards career coaching and outplacement.

During a career that has seen her gain international experience (France, United States, South Africa, Mexico) she has acquired a global perspective of professional and organisational issues. Today, she supports her clients by helping them take a step back, structure their thoughts and use the right levers to make a successful transition.

Her unique approach is based upon three key areas:

  1. Clarify positioning: Identify strengths and map out a new direction accordingly.
  2. Strengthen leadership: Build self-confidence, agility and managerial impact.
  3. Networking: Mobilize resources effectively to create new opportunity.
