Gilles Alex's journey

Gilles Alex supports executives and expats on their international mobility, particularly when they return from a placement.

For more than 25 years, he has managed numerous teams within multinational companies such as L’Oréal, Danone, Citibank, Savencia, Südzucker in various countries such as Japan, Iran, the United Kingdom, the Arab Emirates, and Morocco. He has experienced the whole international mobility: going to a new country, integration, and above all, returning to France. He handled and enjoyed each step of his journey, facing the risks that come with it.

His conviction: appreciate and take your differences as assets in a volatile and multi-faceted world, especially if the world is your playground.

Fluent in English, German, and Japanese, Gilles enjoys working with executives operating in a multicultural environment. He helps develop their unique skills and projects in France and abroad. Whether it is for career development, a transition when returning from outplacement, or looking for the perfect mission, he treats each project as a start-up, with energy and creativity. As a passionate entrepreneur, he loves to discover but also provide insights and new perspectives. For this, he relies on his extensive global network – France and the USA, Western Europe, Japan, and Africa.
