About Géraldine Brossier

With more than 20 years of professional experience, familiar with the performance and behavioul demands expected of senior managers and excutives, Géraldine Brossier has supported leaders at key moments of their career since 2013.

In her Executive coaching, Executive outplacement and Strategic career assessment, Géraldine strives to offer:

  • Listening and Reflection: she offers a space for expression, reflection, consideration, taking a step back, questioning to refine options and developing the means to take action.
  • Ambition and Pragmatism: She questions underlying motivations, ambitions, what is meaningful for the manager and provides supports in action to embody them in a pragmatic and concrete way,
  • Self-confidence and Humility: she helps the manager to be self-aware and confident in his strengths, his resources, his skills, to capitalize on his successes, whilst continuing to acknowlegde limitations and adddress areas for improvement.

From her past as a financial analyst, she maintains an appetite and curiosity for the latest developments in the financial world. She combines a deeply human approach with in-depth knowledge of the business world and its challenges.


As a Financial Analyst (Détroyat Associés, BNP Paribas); Asset Manager (AXA IM) then General Secretary in charge of strategic projects (AXA), her career in business naturally evolved towards provding professional support to senior executives and directors ; first as Director in charge of senior executives (AXA), then as a Recruitment and Assessment Consultant (Spencer Stuart) and finally as Director of Human Resources Development (Aviva).

She created her own practise “ Ainsi et Autrement ” in 2013, before joining forces in 2017 with Atomos Conseil, which in turn comes together with Cap Dirigeant in 2023.

As a volunteer coach and member of the association 60000 Rebonds, from 2014 to 2018, she is now a member of the board of directors at Île-de-France.


Miss Brossier graduated from Sciences Po, holds a DESS in Finance, and is accreditted by the French Society of Financial Analysts.

An HEC certified coach since 2011, she is accredited to use MBTI, Sosie,and Papi methodologies. She is trained in the use of Narrative Practices, Berne Organizational Theory, Appreciative Inquiry, the Systems approach, Existential Analysis (i.e. Logotherapy), and Hypnosis.

Geraldine Brossier is a member of the EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). She is co-author of the french language text “7 keys to self-confidence” published by Studyrama pro.
