The Career Path Of Arnaud Delphin
Arnaud Delphin helps executives and their teams to succeed in their professional changes, either to develop their individual and collective competencies if they are in a position (Executive Coaching), or to find a professional activity if they are in transition (Executive Outplacement, towards waged-earned employment, creation or takeover of a company).
Passionate about helping leaders to give meaning to their work, Arnaud is convinced that by relying on your own strengths, but also by accepting to see your vulnerabilities, you can reconnect with your core motivations.
With method and kindness, he accompanies those who wish to do so in the realization of the professional project that best suits them and in the development of their individual and collective managerial performance.
In parallel to his activity as an Executive Coach and Outplacer, Arnaud is a speaker for alumni of major schools (Centrale Supélec, Mines, Ponts, Arts et Métiers, Agro, HEC, Essec, EM Lyon, Edhec, Sciences-Po).
Arnaud has produced several videos on the theme of professional transition, which are available on LinkedIn and YouTube.
Arnaud is also the author of “Managers! Assurez dès votre prise de fonction” published in 2017 by Dunod.
His professional experiences
Arnaud has always worked on the borderline between business and people. As an engineer, he held various operational management positions in the international telecom industry for more than 15 years at ALCATEL, VINCI then at THALES, including among other things an expatriation to Afghanistan.
At the same time, he was a volunteer for more than 10 years in various NGOs helping people in great difficulty, including an expatriation to India and several missions in France.
In 2011, he decided to rebound thanks to the Executive MBA of HEC to reconcile this double career path by helping in turn managers and their teams to give meaning to their work. A mission that he first carried out in creating his own consulting firm, and then by joining one of the leading executive outplacement and coaching consulting firms as an Associate Director. In 2020, with three other partners, he created the firm Cap Dirigeant, on an open entrepreneurial mode.
