Arnaud Delphin's journey

Arnaud Delphin helps managers and their teams carry out professional changes to develop their individual and collective skills in their current jobs (Executive Coaching) or to get back to work if they are in transition (Executive Outplacement, towards employment, starting a new business or takeovers).

Passionate about helping leaders make their work meaningful, Arnaud is convinced that you can bring out unexpected motivations by emphasizing your strenghts, but also by accepting your doubts.

Through this methodology and with compassion, he supports those who wish to achieve suitable professional goals and to develop their individual and collective managerial performance.

In addition to his work as an Executive Coach and Outplacer, Arnaud is a lecturer for alumni in prestigious schools (Centrale Supélec, Mines, Ponts, Arts et Métiers, Agro, HEC, Essec, EM Lyon, Edhec, Sciences-Po).

Arnaud has produced several videos regarding professional transition, accessible on LinkedIn and YouTube. Arnaud is also the author of “Managers! Assurez dès votre prise de fonction” (“Managers! Rock on board”) published in 2017 by Dunod Editions.

His professional experience

Arnaud has always combined business and humanitarian work throughout his career. As an engineer, he has held various operational management responsibilities in international telecoms for more than 15 years for Alcatel, Vinci, and Thalès, alongside outplacement in Afghanistan.

He simultaneously volunteered for more than 10 years in various NGOs working with people in need, alongside placements in India and several missions in France.

In 2011, he bounced back thanks to his HEC Executive MBA and started to help managers and their teams make their work meaningful. First he created his own firm and then joined one of the leading Outplacement Executive Coaching firms as Associate Director. In 2020, he started Cap Dirigeant with three other partners in an open entrepreneurial approach.
