About Arnaud Delphin

Arnaud Delphin helps executives and their teams to succeed in their professional transformation plans. Either through the development of individual and team competencies if they are currently in-position (Executive Coaching), or by supporting the search process if they are currently in-transition (Executive Outplacement, be that towards a new compensated role or position, or with the creation or acquisition of a business).

Passionate about helping leaders to bring meaning to their work, Arnaud is convinced that not only by relying on your own strengths, but also by discovering your vulnerabilities, you can reconnect with your inner core motivation.

With equal measures of process and empathy, he works alongside those who wish to undertake the benchmarking and realization of their professional objectives aligned with the development of their individual and team management competence.

In parallel with his activities as Executive and Outplacement Coach, Arnaud Delphin is a frequent speaker within the alumni associations of major French engineering and business schools (Centrale Supélec, Mines, Ponts, Arts et Métiers, Agro, HEC, Essec, EM Lyon, Edhec, Sciences-Po).

In addition, Arnaud has produced several videos on the theme of professional transition, which are freely available to view on LinkedIn and YouTube.

Arnaud Delphin is the author of “Managers! Assurez dès votre prise de fonction”, published by Dunod in 2017.

Experience

Arnaud has always worked to combine business and people. As an engineer, Arnaud Delphin held various operational management positions in the international telecom industry for more than 15 years at ALCATEL, VINCI then at THALES, and counts an expatriation to Afghanistan as part of his career history.

At the same time, he volunteered for more than ten years within various NGOs, often helping people finding themselves in great difficulty, which including expatriation to India as well as supporting several projects within France.

In 2011, he decided to change direction, prompted by an Executive MBA which he read at HEC Business School. This period of executive education
consolidated his dual career path thereby equipping him to in turn enable managers and their teams to give meaning to their work. This was subsequently a recurring theme as he first set-out to create his own consulting firm, and then by joining one of the leading executive outplacement and coaching consulting firms as an Associate Director.

In 2020, with three other founding partners, Arnaud created the firm Cap Dirigeant, based on an open entrepreneurial mode of working together.
