Ariane Pradal's journey

With more than 15 years of experience, Ariane Pradal supports executives at key moments in their careers.

Her main goal is to give the opportunity to start off right with the appropriate professional transition and coaching session.

With compassion and professionalism, she gives a push to the managers to make their career meaningful, to value their personal resources and professional achievements. This enables them to create a future that suits their ambitions, with confidence and clarity.

She pays great attention to posture, self-confidence and the ability to surpass oneself when it comes to face complex and challenging transition periods.

These three elements are crucial to deal successfully with change. Ariane Pradal supports all executive positions, including within the Executive and the Management Committees, from any industry.

Because she successfully made significant changes over her professional career, Ariane knows that changes are possible when carried out with confidence, methodology, consistency, and intelligence. She inspires creativity and the ability to bounce back on the job market.

Her method includes a constructive networking approach by defining a realistic and targeted professional positioning and a clear “competitive advantage,” which results in high visibility and powerful communication to make a difference and be convincing. Her professional experience

Ariane’s main expertise is marketing. She has worked for more than 20 years in companies from various fields: cosmetics and luxury goods at L’Oréal, insurance at UAP, retail banking at Crédit Lyonnais, and professional information within a start-up company.

This savoir-faire ensures her successful missions, either she markets career projects or builds “personal branding.”

She has been an expat for 8 years, first in Brazil and then in Greece.

Eventually she started a career in outplacement and coaching services, first as head of the Career Department at ESSEC ALUMNI, then in three of the most renowned executive outplacement firms in Paris, before co-founding Cap Dirigeant.

Her training

Ariane is a graduate of ESSEC Grande Ecole.

She is a certified coach (Ecole de Coaching of Paris). She also trained at MBTI, Transactional Analysis and Organizational Theory of Bern (TOB), Process Com Coaching (Individual and Team), PREDOM, and DynaStrat (Stratelio).

She regularly gives lectures to several alumni associations in higher vocational schools (ESSEC, Sciences Po, EMLyon, EDHEC, Arts et Métiers…).
