Her professional experiences
Ariane’s first job is in marketing, which she has been practicing for more than 20 years in a variety of companies: cosmetics and luxury goods at L’OREAL, insurance at UAP, retail banking at CREDIT LYONNAIS and professional information in a start-up. She uses this expertise in each mission to “market” the professional project and build the “personal branding”.
She was an expatriate for 8 years in Brazil, then in Greece.
She then turned to the practice of outplacement and coaching, first as head of the ESSEC ALUMNI Career Department, then within three of the most renowned executive outplacement firms in Paris, before co-founding Cap Dirigeant.
Ariane is a graduate of the ESSEC Grande École.
She is a certified coach (Paris Coaching School), also trained in MBTI, Transactional Analysis and Bern’s Organizational Theory (TOB), Process Com Coaching (Individual and teams), PREDOM and DynaStrat (Stratelio).
She is a regular speaker at conferences in several alumni associations of Grandes Écoles (ESSEC, Sciences Po, EMLyon, EDHEC, Arts et Métiers…)
