Ariane Pradal

Ariane works with executives as their “sparring partner” during the most challenging stages of their professional careers. She has a passion for making each executive coaching assignment into the opportunity to start out stronger in the right direction.

After successfully leading significant changes in her own career, Ariane is confident in the knowledge that all changes are possible when chosen and led with boldness, structure, rigor and insight.

With a background in B-to-B and B-to-C Marketing and Strategy, Ariane has in excess of 20 years marketing experience within a broad range of companies: cosmetics and designer brands at L’OREAL, insurance at UAP, retail banking at CREDIT LYONNAIS, and medical systems within a start-up.

Ariane has lived and worked as an expatriate for 8 years, first in Brazil then twice in Greece.

She made a significant career change to outplacement and coaching, first as Director of the renowned ESSEC business school Alumni careers network, and then with positions at three of the top-ranked executive outplacement and coaching practices in Paris.

As an executive coach, Ariane has coached senior managers and C-level executives within a wide range of industries and sectors, for international groups as well as in mid-sized or smaller companies.

In reponse to a rapidly changing world, filled with complexity and uncertainty, Ariane co-founded Cap Dirigeant to enable executives to develop new soft skills, strengthen their leadership and take the right decisions.

Ariane graduated from ESSEC Business School.

She is a qualified coach, certified by Ecole de Coaching de Paris

In addition, Ariane is certified in MBTI, Process Communication Coaching (Individual and teams), PREDOM (behavioral preferences) and STRATELIO.

She has experience in working with Transactional Analysis and Berne’s Organizational Theory.
